Customer roster in. Working phone system out.
Start with the customer’s spreadsheet. Build subscribers, caller ID, e911, routing, greetings, and defaults—then verify the deployed result.

Built for the work you do every day
Give your team a simpler way to onboard customers, understand call routing, and keep phone-system audio up to date.
Start with the customer’s spreadsheet. Build subscribers, caller ID, e911, routing, greetings, and defaults—then verify the deployed result.
Export and reuse NetSapiens configurations. Map call paths, spot missing destinations, and give customers a report they can understand.
Create greetings and on-hold messages, add music, and preview the mix before publishing. Music licensing requirements apply; see the FAQ.

Choose a workflow to see an example request, the steps involved, and the result your team can work toward.
Deploy a proven configuration, replace the roster from a CSV, generate caller IDs and e911, create the audio, and review the plan before deployment.
“Deploy restaurant-standard for Verdant Bistro. Replace the template subscribers with this CSV, build caller IDs from the direct numbers, and generate the business-hours greeting.”
A complete customer with a reviewable audit trail—not a pile of half-finished portal tabs.
Client portal
Pro & EnterpriseA branded assistant for your customers’ employees. They sign in with their own phone-system credentials to check voicemail, update greetings, and manage forwarding—without opening a support ticket.
Read who called and when, play a message in the browser, download it, or turn it into text — without dialling in and keying through a menu.
Forwarding, do-not-disturb, ring behaviour, greetings, and call history — the requests that fill a support queue without ever needing an engineer.
Employees sign in with their own phone-system credentials. A regular user reaches only their own extension; a manager, only their own office. Nobody can address another company.
“Hi, it’s Dana from the Fulton Street office — could someone call me back about moving our Thursday install? Thanks.”
Your systems. Your approval.
Reads run. Writes wait for approval. Destructive actions require stronger confirmation and a snapshot. Every operation is tenant-scoped, attributed, and recorded.
Use your own numbers
Enter your workload and the time you expect to save. These example inputs are a starting point—not measured customer results.
Adjust volume and time saved per task.
The value of estimated time saved, less your annual MaxAI cost. Reclaimed time is capacity for other work, not guaranteed cash savings.
This estimate uses your inputs. Include setup time, review time, and any additional usage costs when comparing plans.
Illustrative estimate, not a guarantee. Defaults assume one 50-seat onboarding per week, ten routine tickets per business day, one bulk audit per month, and forty AA builds per year.
Simple plans
No per-seat pricing. Annual Starter and Pro plans save 15%. One-time token packs are available without changing plans.
For a solo operator starting with one NetSapiens environment.
For a growing operator replacing repeatable portal work.
For multi-tenant operators, resellers, and self-hosted teams.
Before you connect it
Need the detailed version? Talk to a human who operates the same systems MaxAI was built around.
If you can issue an API token from your NetSapiens portal, MaxAI can work with it. Core subscriber, device, auto-attendant, queue, audio, and recording capabilities are broadly supported; older deployments may expose fewer API surfaces.
Every tool is classified. Reads run immediately. Writes require operator confirmation. Destructive actions require a typed confirmation and a pre-change snapshot. Viewer-role users cannot execute writes, and high-stakes changes are read back from the vendor before MaxAI reports success.
Yes. Add one encrypted credential per instance. MaxAI routes each domain operation to the correct instance and can run inventory or audit work across all of them.
Only their own extension. They sign in with their own phone-system credentials, and MaxAI acts as that person — so the phone system enforces its own limits, not just ours. A regular user reaches their own voicemail, forwarding, and greetings; an office manager can additionally act within their own office, and reading another employee's voicemail requires a written reason that is recorded in the audit log. Nobody in the portal can reach another company, and destructive actions are not offered at all. Available on Pro and Enterprise.
Yes. Connect a sandbox or lab tenant first. When the team is comfortable, add production as a separate credential. The audit and approval behavior is the same in both places.
The bundled library contains royalty-free music sourced from Envato. An operator can license those tracks through an active Envato account. MaxAI provides the audio for convenience but does not validate coverage; keeping the appropriate license current remains the customer’s responsibility.
Create an account, add your NetSapiens credentials, and begin with read-only requests. Templates, carrier tools, voices, and scheduled work can be added as the team expands its use.
